Internship with High Notes

My internship at High Notes was an insightful and rewarding experience that gave me a clearer understanding of the live events industry. Working in a fast-paced environment, I assisted with the setup and teardown of audio equipment across various venues, which strengthened my technical skills and provided hands-on experience in live sound mixing. Through these opportunities, I learned how to determine optimal equipment placement to achieve the best sound quality in different settings.

Beyond technical skills, I also developed greater confidence in communication by interacting with musicians and clients, allowing me to better understand their needs and expectations. There were also instances where I worked independently, which helped me build responsibility and initiative. Overall, this experience has allowed me to grow both technically and personally, while preparing me for future opportunities in the industry.
